This isn't about making all protests about abortion illegal, this is about protecting women from being harassed outside of clinics (and whilst they are walking up to the entrance). No ones freedom of speech is being impared! Exclusion zones are already set up outside the Houses of Parliment. A legal buffer zone to give women privacy is not much of an ask really.
