Conversion therapy is abhorrent and wrong. It has no place in society, ever. The Government have repeatedly failed to make this awful practice illegal and have recently introduced plans that would ban it but allow ‘consenting adults’ to access this ‘therapy’. No one in their right minds would consent to this and it is clear that this would now become a matter of access-by-coercion as well as abuse. 

Therapy implies that an individual is sick or need help mentally or physically. Those that are Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and other are not sick nor do they need help.  

Britain in 2021 must be a world player and make this practice completely illegal and ensure that those who try to carry this out face criminal prosecution as this threatens human rights.
