Tonight I read an article whereby it implies persons with learning disabilities would be unlikely to receive treatment under the NICE Guidelines for NHS intensive care doctors which could result in people with learning disabilities not having equal access to critical care and potentially dying avoidably. 

i would like NICE to amend their guidance immediately to include persons with learning disabilities to have the SAME RIGHTS TO TREATMENT as any other HUMAN BEING!!
