Three new bills have been introduced in the US which combined, when/if they become law result in the FDA being able to grant early access and approval to MND / ALS treatments, including NurOwn.

In the UK we already have such laws in place. We call on NICE to meet with Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics to discuss early approval under the Accelerated Access Review in the UK. The MND Association perhaps could be facilitating early stage discussions between Brainstorm and NICE.

Funds are in aid of Mass General Hospital (MGH) that is hosting a platform clinical trial for 5 drugs simultaneously.  MGH is also a NurOwn clinical trial site.
