I shared my story of workplace bullying and harassment and was inundated with people telling me that they suffered through it too.

So, I am spearheading the "Bona Fide" campaign to make legislators see that the only way to eliminate this behavior is to make workplace bullying and harassment training mandatory in schools, universities, workplaces, and to criminalise this abhorrent behavior.

If we don't, we will have too many people skating the rules, too many people suffering in silence, too many lives lost. We spend too much of our lives at work to let this happen.
