Public transportation is utilized by many residents of Arlington daily, but often arrive late to their destination because of the many delays the bus system suffers from. Promoting other modes of transportation and making it more accessible can help clear up the traffic the buses suffer from. Bluebikes are used by many Boston residents as well, and there are multiple stations throughout Arlington, although there are currently in the Heights. If we implement a Bluebikes station in the Heights, Bluebikes will be accessible to even more residents of Arlington. Having a new mode of transportation will help clear up traffic for the buses and allow them to be more accurate.
