This is a petition to draft up an Environmental Constitution that is based upon protecting the air that all life needs to breath, protecting the water that all life needs to live & protecting the land that all life needs to survive. This should be a constitution not only for Canada but for every country and all the people of our world to live by. It will be written in a manner that gives the right to a healthy sustainable planet for all life on it to be protected on the  land ,in the air & in the waters of our world to give the right to life for all creatures great & small so that  life can thrive on this beautiful planet we call Earth. This is something we need in order to make our Earth a far better place for everyone and  everything that lives on it & to give our children, there children & all future generations a civilization & a world that we & them can be proud of & thankful for. Should we fail in this endeavor & continue on the path we are on I fear that humanity & all life as we know it will become a thing of the past. This constitution when it is finished  will be written in such a manner that just reading it will give all people hope for a better future for all life on Planet Earth & anywhere else we may find it.
