Rest in peace to Xiaobai, who ask for nothing just food to fill its stomach but MERCILESSLY KILLED BY CITY COUNCIL!! He is a tame dog that doesn't harm anyone. M His owner let him out to have a walk and he usually go to cafe just to find some food. But on the way, He met with those City Council. 
What harm does it do to other people? How could an innocent dog be murdered just like this? All he ask is just food, never once disturbed anyone. We need justice for Xiaobai and we don't want any other dog to be killed by the Malaysia City Council.
