The Wyoming Legislator has been introducing multiple bills coming for the human rights of marginalized people. One such bill is the Equality Act not Equity Act bill. If passed the bill will effectively put an end to DEI programs in education, in the workplace, and on a government level. This will affect the lives of countless marginalized people's in Wyoming. Say no to Discriminatory policies!

This bill will not only effect black, brown, and POC people. This bill effects ALL marginalized folks including poor folks, disabled folks, and the LGBTQ+ community. It goes against everything Wyoming supposedly stands for "Equality". How can you say you are the Equality State while being out-rightly discriminatory?

I would not be the person I am today without DEI. I would not be the activist I am today! The student I am today! The educator I am today without DEI programs/programming. 

SF130 claims to want to bring us together, but it further pulls people apart. Businesses should strive to be diverse and inclusive. Education should strive to be diverse and inclusive. Students should be excited to learn about different types of people. The POC of Wyoming should feel seen and heard just as much as the non-POC should be seen and heard. Bills like this do not represent the "equality state".
