BLOCK PAROLE OF CHARLES DOBBINS III  Incarcerated for manslaughter. Has only served 10 years of a 30 year sentence. Please help us keep him where he belongs. Even if you didn’t know Hunter our son who was murdered  this man doesn’t need to be out to harm anyone else . He was a 8 time convicted felon on parole when he brutally murdered Hunter. Hunter was a joy to all who knew him and the light remains dim in so many peoples lives. He was one of a kind a loved life , his family and friends more than I can say. Please help!
