Everyone I know who lives in high rises in solihull and is under smbc and have biomass heating and the price hike in charges and the flats alway being cold because the flats themselves arnt properly insulated and nobody can afford to pay to heat there flat because of how much it costs to put heating on we are also locked in with one company for our heating system can't change company something needs to be done I myself have spent so much money on supplies every winter to try keep my property warm there are family's who are going without food for themselves because they are Also cos most stair and bin area windows are single glazed or even just grills allowing cold air and 1000's of cluster flies to infest the landings/flats. Point out that biomass is also much more expensive to use than just regular gas or even storage heating. (Which they changed to biomass for due to enviromental and also costing issues.
