They are about to steal our land for the 2nd time.  This is the biggest threat to the Hawaiian people since the overthrow.  Please look into HB 499 and try to contact Governor David Ige.  In summary bill HB 499 takes away any chance of the Hawaiians getting their land back after it has been leased out for over 100 years.  This bill allows the government renew lease for as long as they want, basically they will own all the state, crown, public, and ceded lands.  With out anyone knowing HB 499 has been passed in the House and the Senate and is now on Governor Ige's desk waiting to be signed.  Our last hope is to get his attention in order to stop him from signing this bill, before it is too late. It is time to correct the wrong and not perpetuate it for even longer.
