The Guyanese Public is calling on the government and international bodies, to invite forensic investigation, experts in investigating serial killers, mass murders and cold cases. We do not think the Guyana Police Force is equipped to handle a case of this nature. They lack the equipment and expertise to conduct a thorough investigation of this case, change the right perpetrators, and bring them to justice.

We are calling for an inquiry of the  Missing Black Villagers in and around Cotton Tree Back-dam for the last 30 years.  The killers uses techniques to drain the blood from the bodies. They leave their signature on the bodies and torture their victims before death. The investigative task is advance, and supersedes the expertise of the members of the Guyana Police Force,. 

The government, the police and all local officials should recluse themselves from this case. The Cotton Tree area has a human slaughter house and DNA of many missing black persons and those involved are present and we must find it.
