If you are concerned about increasing traffic on Mountain Creek Road, you may be interested in attending the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission  Meeting tomorrow, Monday May 13 at 1 PM on the 4th floor of the Hamilton County Courthouse .

Case SD 2019-0020 describes the development of about ten acres of property across from the Mountain Creek Church of Christ at 952 Runyan. The project (see link below) will add 29 lots for single family detached homes (R-1 zoned) that will produce additional traffic burden at Mountain Creek Road and Runyan Drive.

To our knowledge, opposition to the plan will be presented by two speakers; one from Horse Creek Farms Phase 2 HOA and another from the Greenway neighborhood.  There may be others. Please attend to demonstrate support our neighbors by Red Bank Elementary if you feel that traffic is a major concern.
