Issues - 
 Repair and Complete work orders in a timely manner.

Clean & Sanitize daily building.

Fix exterior doors.

Repair intercom system ( Strangers entering).

Update camera system.

Stabalize rent.

Provide training and enforce effective communication for Pathstone Employees.

Reminding staff to Respect residents.

Providing heat in the exterior of building.

Clogged Toilets.

Apartment Leakage.

New Appliances.

Tenants concerns:
Feeling unsafe at home because non resident are kicking & breaking doors and residents are held accountable.

Residents are responsible for removing and approaching non residents due to no police or security present.

 There are no concerns when tenants property is destroyed on property the vehicles were being broke into due to 6 months + months of the gate being broken.

Majority of Women & Children Live here so, Lighting should be checked regularly for safety issues.

Secure Window Screens for Safety of "Children" + residents.

Fix all heating Mechanisms because the residents are freezing at the hardest time of the winter.

Correct cracks in walls or foundation creating mold,mildew and buildup.Remove rugs in the apartments as the newly leased ones have none, it also creates hygiene issues - pollen , allergens , dust traps ,bacteria buildup.

We hope to get windows, doors sealed properly to keep out mice, Bees, Flies. Every summer it's an infestation in the building.

Important!!!

We residents would like a P.M. (Property Manger) would likes her job and the people she works with (tenants). who shouldn't use her position to destroy the community, but to help build!. One who should not lie on residents or make them feel less than human being. We deserve a Property Manager who doesn't share tenants business with maintenance workers or out in public areas of building, A PM who helps build the community that was built before she came to S. B.A., a PM who listens with understanding and respect of individuals and not because of the area they live in!

Last but not Least to be able to decorate our building within safety guidelines to feel at home, not a prison, so we kindly ask for our RIGHTS to be returned, to Live in a Happy, SAFE, beautiful place to call Home
