As you all may know, there is a petition circulating to have Mr. Jesse Williams fired from ABC's Greys Anatomy. Those who developed this demeaning petition say that the insightful acceptance speech shared for his Humanitarian Award on BET was racist. Mr. Williams, a child of a Black Father and White Mother, cited some very real and sad facts concerning Police Officers everyday ability to successfully disarm whites without serious injury yet less likely of the same result in blacks among other harsh truths. We say that the scriptures are our guide and the Truth, no matter how uncomfortable it may be, is the light. These facts stated by Mr. Williams can not and will not be overshadowed and made to appear to be anything other than the Truth. Please sign this petition if you believe in the Human Cause.
