Benjie Wimberly is a prominent political figure and public servant with a robust background in education and community service. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Virginia State University and a Certificate in Special Education, Physical Disability from William Paterson University. Wimberly has dedicated much of his career to the City of Paterson, serving as the Recreational Coordinator for Joint Recreational Services and as the Director of Recreation. His political career includes serving as an Assemblymember for District 35 in the New Jersey General Assembly and as a Councilmember on the Paterson City Council. In addition to his political and administrative roles, Wimberly has contributed to youth development as a coach at Hackensack High School.
