HOMEOWNERS DON'T BE FOOLED - This system is systematically broken and every homeowner is unaware, ill equipped & runs the gauntlet of risk; the risk of loosing your home, your money and your sanity!

It's TIME TO START NAMING AND SHAMING and WHO is really running this SHI# SHOW...!

1 June 2026 – I have maintained my support for Queensland homeowners seeking meaningful reform of the QBCC and the regulatory framework within which it operates. My continued advocacy is directed toward achieving positive change and improving accountability, transparency, and fairness for consumers affected by building disputes and regulatory decisions.

In particular, I support efforts aimed at addressing systemic deficiencies that have, in my experience and the experience of many other homeowners, resulted in outcomes that disproportionately favour QBCC licensees, institutional interests, and the regulator's own position, rather than the consumers whom the scheme was established to protect.

I remain concerned that these issues extend to the manner in which complaints, investigations, decision-making processes, and litigation are conducted. It is my view that greater adherence to the principles of procedural fairness, transparency, accountability, and the Model Litigant Principles is necessary to restore public confidence in the regulatory framework and ensure homeowners are treated fairly and equitably.

My engagement in these matters is motivated by the public interest and a desire to contribute constructively to reforms that improve outcomes for present and future homeowners.  The following timeline is a guide to date and is void of all the additional administrative tasks associated in dealing with engineer's, certifier's, QCAT, Defective Works lists, Internal Review processes, External Review, researching legal and legislative documents, unlawful disclosure and breaches of privacy.
