In the absence of prompt regulatory measures, the QBCC Licensee’s TILSON & SONS BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION PTY LTD, Director & QBCC Licensee DECLAN TILSON was able to reorganise its affairs & erode its asset pool before receivership commenced. 

This sequence of events has left the QBCC in a super-creditor position, while leaving homeowners like myself facing a substantially reduced chance of any recovery through the insolvency process.  

After 2 years of fighting your department to get my home back, for lawful justice, to be acknowledged, seen & heard to ensure your department regulated instead of throwing homeowners aside!

The result of the company, director & QBCC Licensee was neither unexpected nor inevitable, & it has intensified the financial losses borne by the very parties your department is responsible for safeguarding.

You & your department has failed me, failed homeowners & failed Queenslanders!  The Premier; David Crisafulli is just as much to blame as you are.  He made accusations & promises before being the premier & still has not delivered!

David Crisafulli if you are true to your word & a person of integrity - why are we still waiting for you to make the required changes.  Where is our QBCC REFORM - PARLIAMENTARY ENQUIRY!
