QBCC LICENSEE’s demerit points keep rising while one homeowner is in distress as storm season hits & the family home is engineered unsafe & could fall at anytime. 

Watch this “Site Inspections” video.  It’s a Victorian property owner but it could quite easily be a QLD QBCC Licensee.  Buyers beware & be sure to check out the engineer & certifier approving your builders work.  QBCC don’t work in real time & even in doing your due diligence on licence check etc could still see you be a victim to the QBCC Licensee.
