Since this ACA segment aired; there have been numerous messages from more people who have been affected by the same builder.  It is absolutely disgusting that this builder is hiding behind the current failing building regulatory system.  TILSON alleges in the interview with ACA that no one is walking away; yet there are a string of homeowners, trades and sub-contractor's (HTS) that have contacted this FORUM to advise of their specific issues they have faced dealing with TILSON.

TILSON provides a verbal framework around a narrative of wanting to complete works, but fails to follow up with action.  HTS have told that even with the QBCC providing a 'Direction to Rectify' to TILSON on Defective Works of a bathroom renovation, new house build, renovation etc. the QBCC have had to step in to ensure the works are removed & rectify to comply with building requirements & compliance.  How long will it take for those offences & penalties' reach his licence for transparency to all consumers.

There have been multiple HTS who have advised they have been left with empty promises to unfinished builds &/or renovations and outstanding money owed for some trades of 2 years or more.  With TILSON recently putting his house on the market to what HTS can only hope TILSON has a conscious & pays the monies owed to HTS & governing bodies.
