Not all builders do the wrong thing; but when the ones that do there is a HUGE impact to the client and a failing regulatory system. The QBCC needs to change & hold the appropriate builders accountable. 

The QBCC DOESN’T work in real time. It took 368 days from the lodgment of a ‘Notice of Offence’ for the QBCC to investigate, substantiate the offences & provide information on the QBCC website for consumers to make informed decisions.
