Well, my 3rd grader was told at school today that the "REASON" Bishop Elementary does not wear school colors and opted for red & blue is because its educators can not tell the difference between an Elementary School student and a Junior High student. Interesting excuse because the only time I am aware that the two seperate campuses are mingled together, AT THE SAME TIME, MIGHT be on FIELD TRIPS, which in that case, they are supposed to have customized school shirts, used for school trips (the Primary provided this for its kids while my child attended) An official school spirit shirt can VERY EASILY be different for each campus (Example: a yellow/gold T-Shirt with a badger logo for ELEMENTARY and a green T-Shirt with a badger logo for JUNIOR HIGH) A problem easily solved while maintaing school spirit and colors. It's just not a good enough reason for our little BADGERS to wear red and blue. How about you? Your thoughts? My thoughts are clear, make Bishop Elementary GREEN and GOLD again!
