ICBC New “No Fault” caps injury claim at $5500. Permanent injuries are worth more!!!

The Issue

ICBC has taken away the right of legal representation in an accident. Is this even legal?
Through their new “No Fault” policy, the maximum payout for injury is $5500. For a lifetime of chronic pain wage loss trauma nightmares and so much more this is not accurate or appropriate. This action of ICBC is criminal and needs to be stopped. Some people over exaggerate their injuries and should be penalized. We pay insurance to help us when we need it.
the false claims  needs to be stopped, not all claims that are legitimate.
