Hello all, my daughter and I were hit by a car on the way to school on the third day. The Department of Safey Chief has greatly let us down, not even conducting the “school traffic safety survey” to see if there was a “need” for a crossing guard…BUT

A wonderful member of our community saw our post, and took it upon herself to approach the supervisor of the crossing guards, and asked to be hired for our corner!!! Catherine, was retired, and is now helping keep everyone safer � We couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much for all your love, support, and prayers ��

Thank you also too all the wonderful citizens (Lefty�) Crossing Guards, Parking Authority and Police Officers that took station at that dangerous corner. 

Bayonne needs better drivers! Be the example when you are behind the wheel.
