Please, do not forget to join us on Saturday 13th June from 2.30pm-4.00pm, Osidge Lane Library. The aim is to picket Cllr Lisa Rutter calling for her recall as councilor. Lisa Rutter voted for the cuts to Barnet Library Service and abstained on the vote for the waste depot. That resulted to the waste depot proposal going through with the Mayor’s casting vote. As we were told during her surgery on 7th March 2015, her actions were dictated by the party ‘whip’ and not her resident’s and voter’s wishes for a descent life. She also added that she would not live near the waste herself. Your participation is important if we are to pressurize Barnet Council so looking forward to seeing you all there. Your support is important to our community so please take the time so keep the waste out of our neighbourhood and our libraries open.
