This afternoon, Hendon residents were informed that Hendon Hub Planning Applications are now live on the Barnet Website (see links below). Closing dates for objections are 9th November 2021. Decisions to be reached just before Christmas.
Cllr Dan Thomas, Leader of the Council, has 'invited' you to keep commenting.
The people have already spoken during three consultations this year.
NO AMOUNT OF PROTEST WILL STOP THIS.
IF WE DON'T ACT NOW ON THE SPD (Supplementary Planning Document) IT'S ALL OVER.
The SPD gives weight to the planning proposals. No amount of objection will overrule that. If a court rules the SPD is UNLAWFUL the Council can't use it to FORCE THROUGH these awful plans.
There is NO OTHER WAY.
