The East Ivanhoe Bowling Club has a proud 70 year old history. With 247 full pennant and social members ranging from the ages of 14 to early 90s, BOTH male and female. The current Victorian State Vision Impaired Champion Maree Fenech is a pennant player of our great club.

We pride ourselves working with the community at all levels. EIBC has been recognised by Nurse Unit Manager Michelle Topple of Austin Health,for our support of The Intensive Care Unit, during the Covid 19 Pandemic.

Our bowling venue, has been targeted by The Banyule City Council and The Ivanhoe Netball Club. They are wanting our premises for 3 PRACTICE courts.

If this happens, where does that leave our 247 members? Not to mention The Red Tag Fly Fishers Club,The Ivanhoe Grammer Snow Sports Group, Parents of East Ivanhoe Primary and Ivanhoe Toastmasters . We have hosted over 2000 bare foot bowlers since early December 2020 and bookings are still rolling in. Our great sponsors Airlie Ivanhoe and Pyhsiolife host regular functions. 

EIBC has created casual work for juniors who live in the Banyule area. This has made a huge difference, to one in particular young girls wellbeing .
