My husband and I are increasingly optimistic that BoA is working with him in good faith and that an agreement can be reached benefiting both our family and BoA While nothing is a sure thing until the ink is dry, I have every reason to believe that with your passion for justice that we will see a positive resolution to our situation by the end of the month. BoA did request that I post information for anyone wanting to follow up with them regarding their mortgage. Unfortunately, I don't have access to that information at this moment.
