Though it is unfortunate that even with police arresting the family memebers and taking there ID proof. I am surprised to see the couple and the mother is not to be seen in the Gopalan Premises. Also the Bangalore Mirror seems to be supporting the couple by mentioning by stating lines that " couple was not aware that Phuli was trafficked or bonded labour". Pardon my ignorance that educated people say such things. When they only bough her treated her like a bonded labour. Which part they are actually surprised about. How can law give levey to the family just because they are old or is a mother. When they were ill treating her which lead to her death. There old age or motherhood played no role. I am amazed at our law and order, it supports the guilty and punishes the innocent. Soon the advocates of law themselves will get affected by this kind of Irony. It's about time action against the family is taken and Media acts more responsible.
