The owner of that hacked TikTok account has been asking them for weeks now, upto almost a month, to get back her account. They kept sending useless emails with steps to take, things that are not even working because all the info on that account has been changed by this hacker.
At the end they sent a mail to ask for more information to validate the ownership of the account, things like the sign-up date (month and year), the registered login location (city and country), first used login device (phone model), first bound phonenumber (even if there was no access to it anymore), first bound mail address (also even if there was no access to it anymore), and bound Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Google/VK/Apple account's username at the time the TikTok account was set up.
This girl has been providing them with all the information they asked for, and what did they decide to do about a week ago?
They decided to ignore her completely now, they don't wanna give her back the account and only allow a hacker to have it and abuse it.
They also have been receiving different warnings from the real owner of that account, that if she wasn't going to get it back, she would go to a lawyer and get them sued for everything they are doing and for all the damage they have been causing to that account and to refuse to give it back, she also said they are about to lose millions and millions for all of that, a minimum of atleast 5 million euro.
She has contacted a lawyer a few days ago and has an appointment with them in a few weeks, she informed TikTok about it and still they keep ignoring her and all those warnings completely.
This is just crazy.
Really people, stop using this criminal platform for real, they are definitely no good at all.
They should get completely banned all over the world as soon as possible.
