The email address (info@...) you have registered is for a local branch of the RSPCA. We do not deal with Inspectorate issues or implementing investigations. We have passed your complaint on to our Centre that deals with these issues. Is there any way you can delete the email address? Investigations are still in process at Keepers Cottage. Thank you.
