After some hard work and speaking with hundreds of residents from the Surprise area and surrounding city’s we have a win. Sorry for the late update, but April 4th started the two part win with the city of Surprise making it illegal and going after people who don’t possess the proper licenses. Then the huge win came when the state Governor and attorney general came out on an hour long video conference stating they are going after these people and they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! Congratulations people, we did it. Thank you for all your help!!
