I've always seen videos on TikTok of people talking about how their health improved when they left the United States. One person even mentioned that his prediabetes was reversed. This made me realize that food dyes like Red 40, which are prevalent in children's snacks, could be contributing to these health issues.

Red 40 and other artificial food dyes have been linked to hyperactivity in children, allergic reactions, and potential carcinogenic effects. According to the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), these dyes pose risks without providing any nutritional benefits.

As a person who is concerned for the health and safety of our country I think it is essential that we ban this common food dye found in snacks targeted towards CHILDREN. Red 40 is a known carcinogen but the FDA refuses to outlaw it while other countries like Norway, Finland, France, Austria, the UK, and several other European countries have laws the prohibit Red 40 from being used in snacks. Is it a coincidence that almost all of these countries on the list has a higher life expectancy than America? You guys need to wake up we are being poisoned without knowing it. We need this to reach the Illinois general assembly so we can have a state law banning red 40 and other food dyes
