The proposed development in the fragile Bayview Wildlife corridor Is deemed on “Environmentally Sensitive Land’ within the framework & meaning of SEPP (HSPD) 2004 Act and as such ,it is inappropriate for the Sydney North Planning Panel to issue a SCC for this“ overdevelopment “ of 85 Units in 7 buildings being 3 storeys high valued at $200 million.
