Planning Minister Rob Stokes blames Baby Boomers for NIMBYs blocking growth & density .Yet earlier, Mr Stokes said the spot for the proposed Bayview development was inappropriate for multi-storey buildings .Mr Stokes needs to ACT NOW on this development!!

The Planning Minister appears to be “sitting on the fence” in respect of really protecting Pittwater’s largest high priority wildlife corridor at Bayview . The proposed development has been rejected by the Sydney North Planning Panel before - similar plans submitted this time .

The developer doesn’t even recognise the gazetted wildlife corridor . They say it doesn’t exist !! 

The development is also in Bush Fire prone zone .
