Our community is a melting pot of cultures, but it has always relied heavily on Christian values for peace and cohesion among its residents. Recently, however, I have observed a shift that threatens to erode the quality of life that I hold dear. This petition seeks to ban mosques for Islamic worship in Florida, much like the restrictions placed on Christianity in several Middle Eastern countries.

Florida has long been a haven for people from different backgrounds, but the influx of Islamic worship practices is causing a divide. Individuals are experiencing increasing discomfort as their neighborhoods change and as cultural practices clash with American traditions. Statistically, several states have seen conflicts arise due to cultural and religious disparities.

In some countries, Muslim-majority nations have enacted laws limiting Christian practices. We are not asking for anything different than what they enforce. We believe those who follow Islam are free to relocate to Muslim-majority countries or fully assimilate into American culture, respecting its laws and values.

This petition is not about sowing discord; it's about safeguarding our treasured way of life. By prohibiting Islamic worship practices in mosques, we aim to ensure that Florida remains a peaceful place to live, respecting and nurturing Christian values.
