Jane Castor's career in public service is marked by her tenure as a law enforcement officer with the Tampa Police Department, where she rose through the ranks to become the Police Chief. After her successful career in law enforcement, she transitioned into a leadership role in local government as the Mayor of Tampa. In addition to her public service, she is the Principal at Castor Consulting LLC, where she offers her expertise in strategic and operational planning.
