I am propelling this vital issue forward because it personally affects me and numerous others. The person in question, "Jack", consistently dispenses racist remarks and exhibits severe anger issues on the APM server. He is determined to create a hostile environment which infringes upon the harmonious interactions we must preserve in our virtual communities.

Moreover, his inability to control his rage introduces an unnecessary stress element into what should be an enjoyable experience. It is essential to understand the negative impact this behavior can have, especially in an era when so much of our social interaction takes place online. A study by Ditch The Label (2019) substantiates our concerns, pointing out that 59% of young people said they've received hate comments in online games.

It is high time for us to demonstrate solidarity against this behavior and ensure that the APM server, our lounge, is a safe space for all. By sanctioning Jack’s disruptive behavior, we take a stand against racism and irrational anger, both of which have no place in our community, or anywhere else for that matter.
