Due to israel's continuous and countless violations of the UN charter and of "hundreds of resolutions" (as stated by Francesca Albanese), israel must be held accountable, and BANNED FROM THE UNITED NATIONS! Due to israel banning UNRWA from working in Gaza and the West Bank and declaring UNRWA a terrorist organization, israel must be held accountable, and BANNED FROM THE UNITED NATIONS! Due to the ongoing genocide perpetrated by israel and the repeated assaults of UN peace keeping in Lebanon by Israel, we demand the UN to ban Israel from the UNGA and the UN!
As stated by the Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese, "a member-state can be suspended of its credentials, of its membership, by the General Assembly upon recommendation of the UN Security Council." The UN must ban israel, as "[1] israel is quite unique in maintaining an unlawful occupation" (a legal case was brought to the ICJ in 2004, and again in 2024), and "[2] this year alone, israel has conducted an attack, and unprecedented attack, against the United Nations". This year alone, israel has shelled 70% of UNRWA offices, buildings, clinics, distribution centers. On top of the over 40 THOUSAND Palestinians killed by israel in 2024 (if not more), 230 UN staff members have been killed by israel in Gaza alone, and UN peacekeepers in Lebanon have been attacked by israel!

The UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Francesca Albanese, has outlined why Israel has to be unseated from the United Nations. As Israel continues its genocide in Gaza, massacres in Lebanon, banning of UNRWA, targeting UN peacekeepers, and continuing its ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, it's overdue to kick Israel out of the UN and all international fora. Even without the UN Security Council expelling Israel, the UN General Assembly can suspend Israel's participation in the UN. This is a call on the entire world to act!
