Hello and greetings to all of you who has signed this petition to ban Israel from Eurovision Song Contest.

We are as of today closer to 40,000 signatures.

This petition has over 300,000 views.

And 670 promoters has contributed with over 55,000 SEK.

As I write this I´m watching the live broadcast from ICJ in the Hauge where as of now oral proceedings continue at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on the legal consequences of Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories. South Africa, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, Bangladesh and Belgium present early arguments.
More than 50 states and at least three international organisations will address judges at the United Nations’ top court until February 26.

As I watch this and reflect over how the, so called "civil" world, for over several decades has let Israel break international law, illegally expand "their" territory, steal peoples houses, kill women, children and men for just being Palestinians, and getting away with it...

Seeing this I start to reflect over us, we, the people who abide to the laws, rules and structures our governments has put up in our democracies. We pay our taxes, put our children in schools (that sometimes don´t live up to the standards), work 40 hours a week or more, contribute to the economy, and (most of us) stay within the rules of the law and see ourselves as a piece of a puzzle that makes a society worth living in and contribute to. We vote, we follow the rules and we do our best from where life has put us. 

Some of us has left countries where leaders didn´t appreciate us, fled to communities and countries where we hope that our lives will improve. Where we could keep our families safe and thrive instead of fighting for every day survival.

Where am I going with this....

Well, my question is, Why, why for the love of God (any god) does so many countries in the Western world, and so called "civil" world, act as enablers for Israel?? 

Israel is the textbook example of a Pariah state!

Israel is constantly, openly and blatantly disregarding all international rules and laws. 

They have, thanks to, the worlds "forgiving" eyes and bad conscience after WW2, been enabled to become an extreme aggressor and violator of Palestinian rights. 

Just imagine you living in a house in your home, in your country, and one day someone knocks on it carrying a semi automatic rifle on their shoulder saying - I live here now.

Someone claims your inheritance, just steal it because they have been told it´s their right. 

Just because it has a name, being a settler 

The world is silent. But does it make it OK? It seems as if the world has been groomed in to thinking it is an OK thing to do? The grooming & amount of gaslighting Israel does is in every way textbook examples of a psychopathic narcissist. And the world has created that monster.

If the ICJ and the world continues to "normalize" the Israeli  behavior they legitimize deeply disturbing CRIMINAL behavior. Israel is a completely rogue state.

Does that mean I should go rogue? I mean it seems to be accepted by several governments that still continue to trade, enable and financially support Israel. Are they in fact setting the standard for a new "world order", rogue is the newest and hottest lifestyle for 2024? Complete and utterly anarchy?

Because it sure seems like it? The fact that Israel has and is being enabled to complete and act out a genocide without intervention in front of the entire world, is very telling....

The frustration I feel as I watch the hearings in the ICJ are insane, we talk, and talk and talk to maybe, just maybe, change the outcome for Palestinians in Gaza in about 6-12 months! And still the rulings won´t even be mandatory for Israel to follow!!

People are starving to death as I write this, suffering beyond comprehension is going on as I eat my lunch inside my warm, comfortable home. And the world TALKS.

I´d say that rogue behavior needs rogue intervention.

But yet again, what do I know, I´m just a girl who want´s Israel out of Eurovision.
