As a student at East Carolina University (ECU), I've experienced firsthand the impact of Grubhub delivery robots on our campus life. While the concept of autonomous food delivery might seem innovative, in practice, these robots have become a significant hurdle to our daily campus experience.

Firstly, these Grubhub robots crowd our sidewalks, making it difficult for students to navigate the campus efficiently—especially during peak hours between classes. Our campus pathways are designed for the flow of pedestrian traffic and not for oversized delivery robots. This congestion not only slows down our pace but also poses safety concerns, as students have to constantly dodge these machines to avoid collisions.

Moreover, these robots are incredibly slow. It's not uncommon to find a student stuck behind a robot, adding precious minutes to our already busy schedules. This delay is an inconvenience that students simply cannot afford, particularly when we have to rush between classes.

Another point of concern is the added stress these robots place on our campus dining options. On-campus restaurants have become busy enough without the added volume that Grubhub introduces. The presence of these robots takes away from the dining experiences that students cherish down to any after-class dining moments with friends and peers.

By removing Grubhub robots from ECU's campus, we can ensure a more seamless and student-friendly environment where safety, efficiency, and enjoyment are prioritized. I believe our campus community deserves better than to be catered by machines that disrupt our already bustling student life.
