I tried last night to communicate and reach out to them my concerns about the failed transaction with my Paymaya. It just asks for OTP code but nothing sends a new one when registering. Also I sent money but it didn't sent to my account at all. It was a very stressful situation which their customer service is the WORST. Unresponsive at all even it was bombarded with the costumers asking for any agent to talk to but failed. Still waiting for any actions regarding to the concern. PERO WALA PA RIN, MADAMI NANG NAABALA ANG PERA NA DI NAIBALIK PA. As I read every concerns on their app sa google and even their Facebook page which their post are bombarded with the costumers asking for customer support but failed to comply by Ecpay. That's why we need to file a petition to give the money back of the customers that they had failed to comply and needed to be banned for their worst customer service. NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT SINCE THEY'RE NOT COOPERATING WITH THE PEOPLE WHO TRUSTED THEIR MONEY TO THEM. STOP USING ECPAY! BAN ECPAY KIOSK ALL OVER THE PHILIPPINES!
