TikTok must permanently ban Dalton Levi Caston for years of harassment, bullying, hate speech, and targeting vulnerable users — including minors — with receipts to prove it.

There is overwhelming documented evidence of abusive behavior on TikTok by an individual who identifies himself as Dalton Levi Caston (34). He has made his full name public on TikTok Lives and across his accounts, so we are only referencing information he has already shared himself.

His actions of everything stated have been captured in his own live recordings and shared publicly on Reddit (r/purpleplanktonsnark) as well as multiple TikTok pages dedicated to exposing his conduct just search his name.

Dalton Levi Caston, active under the usernames @daltonthatsme, @thedaltonlevi, @purplenightmare, and @mrsmiles91, has repeatedly used TikTok Live to bully, harass, and demean others — often targeting the most vulnerable members of the community. His actions include:

Harassment of disabled individuals: Mocking people in wheelchairs and attacking a nonverbal disabled minor.

Targeting sexual assault survivors: Going after two  minors under 16 who are survivors of sexual assault, calling them liars, calling one s****, and even claiming to have “proof” that their experiences were not valid.

Endangering minors: Attempting to out a minors sexuality in weird detail, placing photos of  minor children on his green screen, and weirdly stating he would “save that picture.” to one of the photos

Doxxing and intimidation: Exposing private information about several people like names, addresses, numbers, their job, and spouses/children.

Hate speech toward multiple communities:Using the T-slur against the transgender community. He is not in the trans community he is pansexual. 
Making racial remarks toward people of color.
Using the B-slur toward the Hispanic community and excusing it by falsely claiming to be Puerto Rican — despite legal paperwork showing he is listed as white.
Making racist comments toward the Asian community.

Manipulation of followers: Those who do or use to support him report being manipulated and feeling too afraid to leave his community.

This type of behavior is a clear violation of TikTok’s Community Guidelines and puts vulnerable users — including minors and survivors of abuse — at serious risk. Allowing this account to continue sets a dangerous precedent and creates an unsafe environment for the platform as a whole.

We urge TikTok to permanently ban Dalton Levi Caston and all associated accounts to protect the community from further harm.
