I would like to request all in authority about having stringent guidelines to be set for Animal breeders. The breeders are misusing the animals like puppy mills and discarding the mother animals. This is pertaining to the pedigree dogs being bred in very disgusting environments and selling them. It is not the fault of the voiceless that they are pedigree.

Since the new ban has come in for the breed of dogs which are supposedly dangerous. Also there is a particular statement in the article mentioned that New dog licenses will not be issued if the dog breed comes under the banned dog list.

So recently bought puppies what will happen to them? We have to ensure the licenses should be provided for the pet owners who have recently bought or already have and don't have a license to be provided with licenses.

There is already a law existing for fine of 5000 Rupees along with six months imprisonment for owners of the pets who harm other humans Under section 291 of the BNS. Kindly request the people in authority's intervention in making these laws for breeders strict and the respective department follows continuous vigilance so that we become the progressive India envisioned for us citizens .

We need to bring about a movement which I have named "Adopt don't buy". This will ensure our Indian dogs or stray dogs as people have named them to be given homes and not be on the streets.

Why dont we ban rapists and are we going to have human mills and discard the women once they can't have children anymore! 

Dogs as such are not aggressive unless instigated and it is same with the humans who have a brain and talking abilities but to do atrocities in our society. What is our gauging based upon?
