The United States of America Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit claims that  AI generated CSAM (Child Sexual Assault Material) is protected under the First Amendment. I am direct victim of child sexual abuse online, which lasted for years. I simply will not stand for this. We must do something to put these people in their place.

Times are changing, which I am sure we are all aware of. The first step to change in a legal and official manner would technically be to adjust / rewrite our first amendment right. AI technology has evolved to a point where we must adjust and make change to our old rules in order to have justice. We, as the people and governors of our country, have every right to do so. I know simply signing your name on a website doesn’t seem like a lot but it is. Overtime we can work together to truly create change. 

Speculation/opinion-based claim: Sure, there is no direct correlation between this and the actions of our country’s current leaders. However, with the sexual assault claims against our president and the release of the Epstein files, it is hard to ignore that horrid actions are taking place right under our noses. Please be careful.
