🚨 MAJOR INITIATIVE UPDATE: Creative Vision Secured & Site Status
We are moving fast, and the foundation for this legacy project is officially concrete.
1. The Artist Commitment
We are incredibly proud to announce that celebrated local master muralist Timmy B has officially committed to leading the creative execution for the MC Hammer Legacy Monument Initiative. Timmy is a premier voice in the Bay Area art scene—currently a top contender for the Golden State Warriors' high-profile artistic commission. His deep alignment with Transition to Purpose stems from a shared dedication to youth development and community empowerment. Introduced to the music by his father, Timmy took an immediate liking to MC Hammer's signature hyper dance tones and high-energy production. As a creator, he found Hammer’s message uniquely powerful because it was relentlessly upbeat and positive without relying on vulgarity and cursing. Timmy is bringing that same clean, powerful energy to this project as a pure gift, even personally donating paint and other materials to make it happen.
2. The Mural Design is Locked
The final digital mockup for the monument artwork is 100% completed. The design delivers a sophisticated, world-class tribute honoring MC Hammer’s massive cultural impact and legacy.
3. Location Status
The structural logistics are actively in motion. We have identified two high-viability potential locations within our priority corridor. To protect the integrity of the project and insulate our momentum, we are currently awaiting final approval from the specific mural site before public disclosure.
The blueprint is set, the talent is anchored, and the project is fully in motion. Once the final site sign-off is secured, the paint hits the wall.
