STOP New Policy Implementation from "BACB" without previous notification.

STOP New Policy Implementation from "BACB" without previous notification.
The Issue
I am working to reach my BCBA accreditation since years ago. This year I finished my master degree in an university accepted by the BACB until this August when they change policies without prior notification and stop accepting NACES and their degree evaluations.
I have been working hard to get all the requirements as specified, to be able to take the examination, no matter Covid-19 pandemic, time without my family and money, all because I want to reach a goal of become a BCBA.
We are trying not to believe this can be related but the mayority of the affected students are Hispanics.
For years I have been reading notifications from the BACB relating changes about Eligibility Requirements, and always they come with the future date to be applied. Therefore, I cannot understand how one day to the other BACB did changes in his policies leaving out without resources hundreds of students.
-Why the evaluations from NACES are no longer accepted?
-When the BACB did this change in its policy?
-Did the BACB notified NCCA about this change?
-Where on the website is this information posted?
I would appreciate an answer to my concerns, which is also the same of hundreds of students in my same situation.
