The community of Azure Manor Rancho De Paz deserves a Homeowners Association (HOA) Executive Board that truly represents the interests, values, and well-being of its residents.  Our most recent election resulted in Victor Guerrero and [Redacted] who ran a joint campaign to being elected to the Executive Board.  However, there are reported growing concerns regarding their intent, willingness and ability to serve our community based on a lack of initial transparency.  

In what is being described as engaging in an organized smear campaign by spreading false and misleading information to homeowners preceding to the election about other candidates.  Said campaign was reportedly used to lobby, gain the trust and votes of enough homeowners for both individuals to receive the same number of votes on the same ballots and to be elected to the board.    

Additionally, it has come to light that certain proposed decisions under their direction could potentially impact the legal and communal health of Azure Manor Rancho De Paz.  This includes decisions that may not be in the best interest of our community for long-term progress and harmony.

Our goal is to petition for the removal of Victor Guerrero and [Redacted] from their positions on the executive board.  We propose the installation of two interim board members who can prioritize transparency, integrity, and thorough consultation with all stakeholders involved.
