My concerns I have for the determination of the court baffles me everytime I think of it!

The credibility of the other party.? The experience of the other party. What care level does the other party have pertaining to dealing with a person in need of special services and other interventions needed.? The other party never proved how or what plan going fwd.?!Wasn't ever clear if the party was qualified to care for an adult  individual with disabilities. Nor did the opposing party express encouraging services for the individual/our son. Never was clear if the other party is be able to find appropriate resources for our son's greater good.! 

Yet the Judge selected this individual...????

Makes me concerned because some cases arent sincerely genuinely judged correctly? 

Or is it true the more money put in for attorney cost gets the better verdict "winner!?"

I mean this is truly unfair. Doesn't affirm "best interest" for an individual. "The courts like to say those famous words!"

Courts should determined more accurately. I've said this before. Sometimes cases seem to just be judged and they push on to the next court docket.

Services I had planned and arranged that would have assisted my son to get therapies needed, and other resources would have been rendered so he would be possibly independent someday and coping skills. 

Unfortunately this was interrupted by my incompetent attorney; and a unfair court ruling.

Causing lost time with my child. Him being relocated. He lost ALL his services I had arranged for him and his best interest going forward. Father has no plans in place going fwd at this time.

But yet The course deemed him more appropriate to be guardian!? Wow!
